		What enak means… The Indonesian word "enak" means "delicious". And so are all our products, which are produced with best ingredients of predominant controlled ecological and biological cultivation. Our major product is our favoured bio-cashew and everything that can be created out of it like: brittle-bars, parfaits (spreads) and valuable oil. But our product line also includes cocoa, banana-chips, peanuts and cooking salt as well as bath salts. Taste it and you will know! What is cashew? His realized target is to protect the environment by using naturally grown agricultural commodities in the automobile industry, like banana fibers (Abaca). Since 1998 he is an active, voluntary member of the AKU (Arbeitskreis Umwelt) from Daimler AG in Stuttgart, Germany. Additionally he is a member of the NOVA-Institute Mrs. Andrea Thumshirn's main business is South-East-Asian tourism. Mrs. Thumshirn's main focus is tourism marketing, especially also for outlying or touristy underdeveloped, but highly- interesting provinces. On the Isle of Flores lives our partner Mr. Sucahyo Lukito, the owner of a huge biological cashew plantation and simultaneously employer of many islanders. In his sterile production hall, the cashews are manually removed from its tough peel and after the drying process the kernels are assorted into the different qualities for their further processing. Why do we support biological cultivation? Biological cultivation keeps up the diversity of species (worldwide the bulk (biggest part) of fauna and flora is threatened of genetically modified organisms, cause those are more resistant). Biological cultivation supports the local economy and provides new jobs in the region. Additionally social projects like building schools, education and ecological awareness will be enabled by fair trading. Biological cultivation is pollution control and conserves the ground water, because no chemical fertilizer or pesticides are used. Biological cultivation guarantees the original taste of the fruits. Biological cultivated fruits are simply more sane and richer in vitamins.
